How much do I pay for shipping with RetroRobo Cargo?
RetroRobo Cargo has a flat rate shipping cost of $10.
How do I use it?
At checkout, select the RetroRobo Cargo shipping option. This is listed as the "Buy Now, Ship Later only!" option. When your items arrive in stock, they will be placed into your personal Cargo hold.
Why can't I see that option during checkout?
The RetroRobo Cargo shipping option is only visible to customers who request it.
How do I request RetroRobo Cargo?
Send us an email at RetroRobo@RetroRoboToys.com and ask to be added to the RetroRobo Cargo customer list. After this, you will now see the option at checkout.
Can I add multiple orders to my Cargo?
Yes! Every time you choose RetroRobo Cargo, your order will join your existing orders inside your personal Cargo hold.
When will my Cargo ship?
You can ship your RetroRobo Cargo anytime. Choose which orders you want shipped when you're ready. You can choose either ALL of your pending orders or just specific ones. We'll ship the orders you ask for.
If you don’t choose to ship your RetroRobo Cargo, it will automatically ship once the oldest order in your Cargo reaches 90 days.
Can I ship individual items from my Cargo?
Yes, RetroRobo Cargo will allow you to choose which orders you want to combine and ship. Here's how it works...
Send an email to retrorobo@retrorobotoys.com with the order numbers you want us to combine and ship. You can find your order numbers in your profile/orders page or in the email confirmation we send you.
Once we receive this email from you, we will merge your orders into one, and send you an updated invoice with your RetroRobo Cargo shipping fee via email.
Select the button in your email invoice to go ahead and pay for shipping and release your RetroRobo Cargo order.
