Membership is automatic and completely free! Simply create an account or place your first order, and you'll instantly become part of our rewards community. No additional sign-up steps required.

RetroRobo Rewards points do not expire, but the financial rewards that you redeem, do. After redeeming your points for rewards, use your rewards within a calendar year or they will expire. This gives you 12 whole months to decide all the wonderful things you want to buy with them!

Yes, RetroRobo Rewards points will continue to add up until they are redeemed.

You don't have to. You can redeem your RetroRobo Rewards points for Rewards whenever you want, however once you do, the Rewards themselves will expire after 1 year.

There are many ways to obtain RetroRobo Rewards points. Some of these include, registering for our newsletter (automatically done with email sign up), following us on Instagram and placing new Orders/Pre-Orders. Please see the RetroRobo Rewards page for more details.

You earn different amounts of RetroRobo Rewards points based on which activities you complete. You can earn up to a total of 10,000 RetroRobo Rewards points.
