What is RetroRobo Cargo?

RetroRobo Cargo is our special shipping option that lets you hold orders and ship them together later, so you can save on shipping costs.

How much do I pay for shipping with RetroRobo Cargo?

RetroRobo Cargo has a flat rate shipping cost of $10

How do I use it?

At checkout, select RetroRobo Cargo instead of standard shipping. Your order will be placed into your personal Cargo hold.

Can I add multiple orders to my Cargo?

Yes! Every time you choose RetroRobo Cargo, your order will join your existing orders inside your personal Cargo hold.

When will my Cargo ship?

You can ship your RetroRobo Cargo anytime. Have only SOME or ALL of your pending orders shipped together.

If you don’t choose to ship your RetroRobo Cargo,  it will automatically ship once the oldest order in your Cargo reaches 90 days.

Can I ship individual items from my Cargo?

Yes, RetroRobo Cargo will allow you to choose which orders you want to combine and ship. Here's how it works...

  1. Send an email to retrorobo@retrorobotoys.com with the order numbers you want us to combine and ship. You can find your order numbers in your profile/orders page or in the email confirmation we send you.

  2. Once we receive this email, we will merge your orders into one and send you a new invoice with the updated shipping costs via email.

  3. Select the button in your email invoice to go ahead and pay for shipping and release your RetroRobo Cargo order.

Why does the RetroRobo Cargo option say shipping is Free at checkout?

The actual shipping rate is only applied after you send us an email with the orders you want combined and shipped with the RetroRobo Cargo program. So shipping isn't free; it just hasn't been added to your order yet.
