Shipping
How fast can we ship your orders?
We aim to get all in-stock orders packed up and out the door within 24 hours, but usually no more than 48 hours.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now, we ship to the contiguous U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Other countries will soon follow. Keep checking back with us for updates!
What shipping carriers do you use?
We currently work with USPS and UPS to ship our packages safely and economically, providing tracking information each step of the way.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are normally calculated based on the size of the package, the weight, and destination it’s shipping to. RetroRobo Toys also offers a flat-rate shipping option of only $5. Ordewrs over $100 ship for free!
What if I don’t receive my package?
First, check the tracking info provided to make sure that the package hasn’t been delayed or some other delivery exception might have occurred. If no luck check our Shipping Policy for more details.
What if my package gets returned to RetroRobo Toys?
If your package gets returned to us because of a wrong address, missing apartment number, or because you’ve moved and failed to update your new shipping address, we will make every attempt at reaching out to you to help resolve the situation. Please see our Shipping Policy for more details.
Returns
Do you accept Returns?
Yes, but there are certain restrictions. Please see our Refund Policy for more details.
How long do I have to Return my item after I’ve received it?
You have a 14 day window to initiate a return to us. Please see our Refund Policy for more details.
Is there a charge for Returns?
Yes, there is a 10% restocking fee subtracted from your refund. Please see our Refund Policy for more details.
When will I get my refund for an item I’ve returned?
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect the item within 24 hours to make sure that it is eligible to be returned for a refund/store credit. Please see our Refund Policy for more details.
Cancellations
Can I cancel any of my orders?
Yes, you may cancel an order that you have placed up until you receive a shipping notification. Once you have received a shipping notification, you can no longer cancel and must initiate a Return. Please see our Refund Policy for more details.
What if I later decide that I want to exchange a Pre-Order that hasn’t shipped yet for a different one?
If for some reason you decide that you no longer want a Pre-Ordered item (not collecting that line anymore or want to focus on a different line) reach out to us at retrorobo@retrorobotoys.com. Please see our Refund Policy for more details.
